What is embedding cassettes?
Embedding cassettes made from Acetal copolymer disposable plastic tissue cassettes are suitable for holding and identifying tissue samples in processing, embedding, and sectioning procedures.
What is LPBF?
LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) , one of the most well-known Additive Manufacturing processes. In LPBF, a laser beam selectively melts powder in a powder bed, thereby generating a cross-sectional area. A component is then built as several melting tracks are strung together in a micro-welding process. When several of these layers are fused together, a three-dimensional component is created. Since the layers are extremely thin – only 0.04 mm – very complex components can be produced with high resolution. It is a more and more used at 3D Printing Tech. It has no color material for poison, and has no harm with the environment.

- Molded from a special high density polymer, these patented cassettes keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are totally resistant to the chemical action of histological solvents. The cassette ensures efficient fluid exchange and drainage.
- The one-piece integral lid eliminates the need for separate steel lids. They can be opened and closed as often as necessary and they always relock securely without danger of specimen loss.
- Large labeling areas are located on three sides of the cassettes. Anterior writing area is at a 45° angle to make the cassette more suitable to be used with automated cassette printers.
- Available in non-cytotoxic, non-metallic colors. Each case contains four dispenser boxes of 250 cassettes with covers assembled.
