What is Quaternary Ammoniu Compounds?

Quaternary ammonium compounds are nitrogenous organic compounds used as disinfectants in restaurants, hospitals and homes. The basic chemical structure of ammonium is a nitrogen atom with four hydrogen atoms attached around it. Quaternary ammonium is created when each of those four hydrogen atoms are replaced with some combination of four other organic chains or rings. Huali Technology Com., Ltd. (hereafter called Huali Tech) is established in December, 2019. It is an international trading of Changchun Branch, Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology (SIBET), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), who is the only national institute for research and development of biomedical instruments in CAS, specialized in bio-chemical opti-electronics engineering.

Its main research fields cover medical optics, biomedical diagnostics, and rehabilitation technology.

SIBET has established State Key Laboratory of Solid State Lighting Research Center of Light for Health, Key Medical Optics Laboratory of Jiangsu Province, the Key Biomedical Diagnostic Laboratory of CAS and nine other Hi-Tech Key Laboratories of SuzhouCity. Currently, SIBET has a number of PhD and Master programs.

SIBET has actively implemented a two-wheel drive development model of market-driven technological innovation and achievement-transforming mechanism innovation, endeavoring to build a new type of group-style research institution which has a combination of "talent + technology + industry + capital + market“.
